About Your Order

By placing an order through this website, your shopping cart and ordering information will be passed on to our representatives. Upon receiving your order, we'll check that the artwork is still available and follow up with you by phone to confirm the order details and discuss payment options.

Shipping & Taxes

Your order is subject to shipping charges and to the applicable taxes according to the province your order will be shipped to. The shipping options and total taxes will be confirmed before your payment is processed. All international orders are not subject to taxes but may incur custom fees in your country that are beyond our control.

Your Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, and as such, the personal information you provide will only be used to complete your order transaction.


Payment Options:

Visa / MasterCard / Paypal

Credit Card Payment - The cardholder will be asked for their name, contact number and mailing address as well as the card details.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

Order Cancellations and Returns:

Your order can be cancelled at anytime before it has been shipped.

If you are not happy with any original or reproduction art work then it may be returned but please contact us before shipping it to discuss the issue and how to progress in getting it returned.

We take great care to pack items securely however if your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately so we can rectify the problem.


Shipping & Delivery

All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer however we will provide a shipping and handling quote before processing your order.

Once your order has been placed, we will have it packaged and on its way between one and five business days if it is in stock.  If we are not able to have your item shipped in this time frame, you will be contacted and kept informed of the reasons and expected shipping date.

We charge a default shipping rate online. Shipping rates may be cheaper if shipped within BC. Please contact me if you live in BC and I can provide you with an exact shipping rate. We search for for the best shipping rates, and only charge customers the actual shipping rate.  Most items can be securely sent and tracked via Fed Ex or Canada Post but in some cases other couriers are used.

If you need your purchase in a hurry. Please call us at 250-228-0995 to discuss express shipping options.

For all orders being shipped via Fed Ex or Canada Post or courier, an e-mail notification will be sent to you with shipping date, tracking information and expected time of arrival.

International shipments may incur duties and taxes. If applicable, these charges will be applied against the shipment by the Customs offices once your shipment reaches your country. Mark Hobson - Coastline Art Inc is unable to determine the amount that may be charged and we cannot be responsible or held accountable for any additional charges. Any additional charges are paid by the customer.

Framed and Unframed paintings and giclées are very easy to ship and often not too expensive. Our packaging ensures they arrive safely.
